Bilingual Operations Supervisor (BPO) - And Workforce Management

We’re looking for an experienced Business Bilingual (English) Operations Supervisor who would like to take the next step in their leadership journey.

We’re a Business Process Outsourcing company that has clients in the US, Canada, UK, and EU and we focus on customer experience and critical back office operations for our clients.

This particular role will oversee a growing team of individuals who service several different clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants career advancement and team responsibility.

Job specifics:
In-office, office located in Los Prados, Santo Domingo
$60,000 DOP monthly
$5,000 DOP monthly bonus
$5.000 transportation allowance Schedule: Open/Flexible, availability to work day or night shift, weekends and Dominican holidays

Responsibilities Include:
-Supervising day to day workload for team members.
-Enforcing attendance and on-time arrivals, breaks, lunches, etc.
-Monitoring performance and providing ongoing feedback and training to improve the team.
-Participating in recruiting efforts to ensure you get the best talent for your team.
-Handling administrative duties such as reviewing timesheets, time off, etc.
