Insurance Claims Representative (English)

Location: This job is on-site in our office in Santo Domingo
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm New York time

This is NOT a sales job.

Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated person to work with a US based car insurance company. As a claims representative, you will handle insurance claims filed by insurance customers and ensure customers receive a high level of customer service and professionalism.

What you will do:

Document all the facts regarding the claim
Review our methods of inspection with the customers
Review the insurance coverage of the customer's insurance policy
Identify, document, and communicate any potential red flags to the file handlers and the team leads
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:

No insurance experience required
B2+ or better English, written and spoken
High attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in the insurance industry is preferred.

Training:

You will be given training on the car insurance industry and how to process insurance claims. The program includes a combination of activities designed to give the claims representative a full understanding of the claims department and how the department interacts with other areas of the organization. You will be developed for success.

Benefits:

$43,333 DOP Monthly salary
$5,000 DOP Monthly Transportation allowance
Eligibility to transfer to local contract after the probatory period (90 Days).
