*Assist callers with travel and benefits inquiries, bookings, changes, and cancellations via phone.
*Provide accurate information about travel itineraries, policies, and services.
*Handle callers concerns with empathy, efficiency, and a positive attitude.
*Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.

Who You Are:
*Experienced in customer service (experience in travel or hospitality is a plus).
*Fluent in English and French.
*A clear and confident communicator, both written and spoken.
*Comfortable using CRM tools.
*Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
*Passionate about travel and helping people.
